The Governor's Workforce Summit 2009 is an interactive conference, delivering practical, demand-driven solutions for today's workforce challenges. The Summit provides participants with an opportunity to be part of policy discussions about these challenges and the state's response. This year's Summit will focus on the North Dakota Talent Initiatives foundation of qualitative and quantitative workforce intelligence and the three supporting pillars of: Talent Expansion, Talent Attraction and Talent Retention.
