Workforce Intelligence Steering Committee
The Workforce Intelligence Steering Committee is a subcommittee of the full Workforce Intelligence Council. The steering committee functions as the working arm of the full council managing the day to day affairs of the Workforce Intelligence Council. The steering committee is made up of the lead data and information managers of the respective workforce partners. The steering committee receives and processes the requests for workforce intelligence from interested parties. The committee determines what data and information is needed and devises methods and approaches for integrating data to be responsive to request for workforce intelligence for strategic planning and to address workforce issues in North Dakota. The committee identifies information gaps and makes recommendations to policy makers on what is necessary to provide comprehensive workforce intelligence to address workforce issues in North Dakota.
