Here is some final info for the one-day Exhibitor Show:

Agenda for the Day of the Exhibitor Show

7:00 – 9:00: Vendor Setup: Check in with registration to get your packet including information, booth assignment, and name tags. Registration will be in the Lobby. We recommend unloading and entering through Door E42. Upon getting your registration, you can meet with Exhibitor Services at door E43 where you will unload.

Exhibitor Services and our conference team will be onsite to help with any questions or problems. You may be able to purchase extension cords if you’ve forgotten but you will not be able to purchase linens here and these items will not be provided. There are shopping options close by if you need them.

7:30 – 10:15: Grab-n-Go Breakfast: Help yourself to the convenience breakfast with the attendees. They will be in a main keynote session from 8 – 9:15 with Neen James.

9:15 – 10:15: Exhibitor Showcase Open: Last year, you liked the designated time with conference attendees. So, this year we tried to do the same thing and blocked specific time into the agenda. This gives you some critical networking opportunities to focus on the audience outside of the social and breaks and lunch.
This break is sponsored by Sanford Health Plan/Great Plains Brokerage.

10:15 – 11:30: Concurrent Session: Slower time for you, as attendees will probably be attending sessions.
10:30 – 10:45: Exhibitor Meeting: Meeting for the show organizers to share the plan for the day as well as hear from you what you are liking or what you’d like to see different. We would like at least one representative from each booth to attend.

11:15: Provide vendors with boxed lunches: You will receive your lunches at your booth so you’ll have time to finish them before attendees join you during the lunch hour to network and eat.

11:30 – 1:00: Lunch with vendors: Attendees will be given boxed lunches during this time and be eating in Hall A and Hall B.

1:00 – 2:15: Concurrent Session: Slower time for you, as attendees will probably be attending sessions.

2:15 – 3:15: Break with vendors: There will be time to take in snacks and mingle with attendees. This break is sponsored by Ultimate Software.

3:15 – 4:30: Concurrent Session: Slower time for you, as attendees will probably be attending sessions.

4:30 – 5:15: Exhibitor Social: Final moments of the Exhibitor Show to network with attendees. A bartender with onsite. Winners of your drawings and silent auction items will occur toward the end. You can announce these or can write names on the available white board.

5:16: Exhibitor/Sponsor tear down: We appreciate you waiting until after the social closes to tear down. In the past, we’ve had issues with early takedowns but we know this year with this new schedule, it won’t be a problem!

Final info:

Like last year, we will be utilizing the conference app versus the large conference book. As an added benefit to exhibitors, we provided you access to include the information you’d like in the app – if you have questions with this, let us know. Sponsors, you will be listed in first with your sponsorship level above other exhibitors.

If you haven’t taken a look at our FAQ page – please do so.

The SHRM Foundation Director for our ND SHRM State Council, Beth Wiegman, may be reaching out to you requesting an item or donation for our raffle auction that will be happening during the exhibitor show. The SHRM Foundation fundraiser helps our state council meet the goals of donation and philanthropy through SHRM, allowing HR professionals to receive scholarships, gifts and educational opportunities. It would be greatly appreciated if your organization would choose to donate.

We thank you for your continued support for this conference.
