Just a few things to get you ready for the conference! Remember to bring your smartphone or tablet, business cards, and something to take notes with - because you'll want to!

Download the App

Whether you do it today, or the day of the Conference, you can download the app to your smartphone or tablet. Available for both Android or Apple users. Install the Guidebook App and then search for WFHR18. You’ll know you have the right one when you recognize the “Reinventing Leadership” icon. Tap to install the free conference app. If you want it sent right to your phone, enter your mobile number here!

You’ll use the app for details on the speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, presentations, credit info, and conference notifications. This year you can create your own agenda and take notes as well as provide feedback for speaker sessions.

Agenda

Registration will open the night before the conference from 4:00 – 6:00, avoid the rush! Get your info early.
On the day of the conference, registration will begin at 7:00 AM, with the welcome address starting at 8:00. Grab-n-Go breakfast will be available until the 10:15 AM.

Review the app or the website for conference details, including agenda. You will be able to access a majority of the presentations and handouts on the app and website starting Monday, 9-17. Feel free to print presentations and handouts prior to the conference; we will not provide printed copies. If a presentation is not available, it is because either the speaker has not provided the information or the speaker does not have a presentation.

Other Housekeeping Items

Business tours: register to reserve your spot. Space is limited to 50 seats per tour. Buses will leave promptly at the start of a breakout session and return as to not interfere with other concurrent sessions. For full descriptions of the tours, check out the agenda.
